On passing budgets, ordinances and rules:
- Voted for the last two budgets with tax increases of less than 4%
- Led the City Council in sponsoring and passing:
- Term limits for City Boards and Commissions
- Safe regulation of boarding houses
- Height limits for downtown development
- Voted for a tax environment that helps seniors and families
- Works to make sure the budget process stays on track

Tom has been a practicing attorney for 18 years. He is married to Jane Ferrini with two young children.
